JS interview challenges - Cannot claim certificate

Hi! I see there are other threads about this but mine is a little different. I have completed all of the problems but still cannot claim my certificate.

The certificate is telling me to complete the mandatory lessons, but the only one I have not completed is the final solution video. It will not play at all and im not sure how to resolve this. I solved all the problems and I want my certificate dangit! lol

The solution video I am trying to watch has NAN at the top and wont play at all. I provided screenshots but this is the last video I need to watch to get my certification.
