I want to cancel my pro member mandate. Can someone assist me

Hey @Shubham, are you able to access the management area on your account following the information here: How do I manage my subscription? - Scrimba?

If not, please link me your Scrimba account URL and I’ll sort it out for you there.

I’m having the same issue. In the account page, when I click the “View Billing” button, nothing happens. I tried emailing scrimba but no reply. Still cannot cancel subscription.

Thanks @alecbentley. I noticed the support team is in progress of resolving this so hopefully they’ll get it sorted soon. I’ll also look over to see and assist them where needed.

@khill365 if you click on your profile name in the top corner of our platform, it should lead to your account page. Once you’re directed there, just share that URL for the page you got directed on.

Thanks @khill365. Weird, seems like there isn’t a subscription linked to that email account. Do you have any other emails that you might have used by any chance to subscribe? If so, try logging in with that as it may be linked to another account.
