I’d like to purchase a Pro subscription, but before proceeding, I’d like to confirm if it’s possible to receive an invoice after payment, as I need to provide it to my employer.

All payments made to our system will issue an invoice/receipt to your via email. You can also access this on your account page at anytime too. You also might need to add additional information to your invoice such as your employer’s company name, tax id etc. You won’t be able to add this on checkout, but you can do it post payment and just download the invoice/receipt to have it appear.
Yesterday, I subscribed to a Scrimba Pro membership and received an email containing a receipt and an invoice. However, when I go to Scrimba and use the same email address to log in to my account and access the Pro course, the site does not recognize my Pro subscription and still asks me to upgrade.
I emailed help@scrimba.com yesterday about this issue, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Please advise.
Never mind - I solved it by following my subscription process from the browser’s history and noticed that I subscribed from a different URL.
