Cancel subscription throwing TypeError

Hi:

There is an error happening when I try to cancel my subscription.

Here’s what I did:

  • go to the settings page
  • click the “X“ on the “Active Subs” section
  • fill in all the texts for all the dialog
  • click the “CONFIRM CANCELLATION“ button on the last pop-up dialog
  • an error is showing “TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘asΞlocale’)“

Hey @evanhyang, was there a transaction that happened in your bank account for a subscription charge? I ran into some of these before and it might just be a bug but no actual subscription, but want to check if you actually had an active subscription with us.

Hi @roku .

Yes I do have an active subscription.

The payment was made on Dec 21, 2025 for the annual subscription.
