Sunsetting of the Scrimba forums
Hi everyone,
We wanted to share an important update about the future of this forum.
Over the last year, our community has grown across multiple spaces - this forum, our subreddit, and Discord. Maintaining both a dedicated forum and an open discussion space has increasingly led to duplicated conversations and extra overhead, and we want to simplify things so we can focus on supporting our community better.
What’s changing?
- This forum will close in the next weeks (within this month).
- Public, open discussions will move to our subreddit, which already serves that purpose well.
- Community discussions will also continue to live in Discord. We have forum-style channels in there too to help maintain structure with our community chat.
Important note about support & escalation
For bug reports, account issues, or anything that needs escalation, please do not rely on subreddit as it’s more an open space for our community. Instead, use our official Help page so it can be escalated to our support team.
This change helps us reduce duplication, keep conversations where they’re most effective, and ensure support requests land in the right place.
