Unable to Claim Certificate for The Frontend Developer Career Path

Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m reaching out because I’ve completed The Frontend Developer Career Path and am unable to claim my certificate. I’ve seen on Discord that I should email help@scrimba.com, but I’m getting error messages every time I try.

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, have you found a solution?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this and obtain my certificate as soon as possible.

Hi @Sebastian0021, I think we might have resolved this via a question that was asked on Discord.

Just for other to know - our V2 system certificates are going to be rolled out in a couple of days so it’s not live as of yet. If you have an account on V1 you can also hope on this at v1.scrimba.com, view the lessons on there and receive your certificate (V1 version). Bit of a work around but this should be solved pretty soon!
