Difficulty deleting line of code

Hi everyone
I’d really appreciate some help with an issue I’m facing on Scrimba.

When I’m following along with the tutorials and typing code, everything works fine. However, I’m having trouble deleting code properly. For example, when I highlight two, three, or even four lines of code and try to delete them, nothing happens. I end up having to delete characters one by one.

Also, even after deleting the text, the empty lines don’t get removed, which makes things a bit frustrating.

I’m not sure if this is:

  • an issue with my keyboard, or

  • a Scrimba-specific behavior or shortcut I’m not aware of.

Has anyone experienced this before, or knows the correct way to delete multiple lines of code on Scrimba?
I’d really appreciate any guidance. Thank you

Hey @Muritala_Mudi, could you please let me know what browser and device you’re using? Haven’t ran into this error before so it’s a new one for me. Definitely not the intended behaviour.
