Issue with adding new card for making payment

hello guys,

previous i bought monthly subscription with my friends card, cuz i don’t have international payments supported card. I paid him in irl.

now i really liked scrimba and want to upgrade to yearly but my frd removed/blocked his card. he removed it because whenever I’m clicking on upgrade he’s getting a notification saying “insufficient balance”. He thought i enabled auto-renewal, which is on by default. he thought i entered his card details into some shaddy website and removed/blocked his card.

now i want to take yearly subscription with my sister’s card , she confirmed international payments is enabled by calling to banking.

but whenever I click on upgrade it’s showing me error and there’s no option to add new card.

i sent email to help@scrimba.com but I only got bot response back message

Hey @MUNN4, i think out team has received your request since the bot message indicates that it hit our system. They’ll continue the chat on your ticket when they pick it up since it might require some exchanges of personal information regarding your billing. If they don’t response with the next 12 hours just reply again on that ticket to bump it up.
