Looking to refund subscription but did not receive a transaction receipt

Hi. I purchased a pro subscription on October 29, but I want to get a refund as the service doesn’t seem to suit my needs. At the time of writing, it has only been 2 days since I made my purchase. I glanced through the refund request form, but I’m unable to complete it because it requires the attachment of a transaction receipt. I have not received one in the email I used to subscribe to Scrimba.com, but upon viewing my billing on the site, it clearly states that I have been charged.

Please help me get a copy of my transaction receipt and assist me in other steps of the refund process as well.

UPDATE: I was able to process my refund after emailing Scrimba at help@scrimba.com. I just have to wait a few business days to receive my funds.
